We do not charge any broker fees on the majority of our main stream residential mortgages*, which could potentially save you thousands of pounds. However, low fixed fees are charged on Buy to Let, Self Cert and Commercial financing. Full written details will be provided on request.

* We do not normally charge broker fees for standard residential mortgages, however we may charge a fee of £395 for mortgages.
**We have many schemes for people that have current or previous credit problems i.e.; CCJ's, Defaults or arrears. Under some circumstances we may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the loan. Of course you would be told of this from the outset, and given details in writing, before any commitment from you.
*** We have an extensive list of lenders that will consider applications from applicants that cannot prove their income. Ranging from the self employed with no accounts to the employed person that works under contract or maybe has more than one income.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
Please be aware that some mortgages and general insurance are not regulated by the Financial Services Authority such as buy to lets, commercial and second charges.
